Say what you want but the only people laughing at him are the good enough crowd. I'd trade Burman for him in a nano second.

Jack Graham is 100x the AD that Tom Burman is. They are polar opposites. On one hand you have the "we do less with less guy" that is satisfied with what he and his team do with such a "limited budget". And on the other you have "we are building a major player guy", who continually is striving for a bigger budget, massive growth and excellence at all levels. Makes me sick.

Graham would never work in Laramie.

Graham and his people overthrew the status quo individuals in Ft. Collins...what a coup it was.

They got rid of a 'good enough' guy in the former AD, Paul Kowalczyk, who was horrible, and infused their entire athletic department with a 'can do' attitude that continues to permeate to this very second.

Graham and his people were in many ways like Sternburg and what he wanted to do before the end came about.

I'd carry Jack Graham on my back and walk him from Ft. Collins to Laramie if we ever had the chance to employ someone with such vision and passion.
