Interesting we are the only non ranked team that is undefeated. I think its crazy that Michigan is the #2 team in the country.

I think on that list Arizona is the most overrated. They are full of very young guys. They did just beat Florida. I would love for an Arizona/Wyo match up in the Pit or SLC in the NCAA tourny. Put them at some altitude!

I agree that it was a soft schedule for the most part, but I believe it was smart scheduling for this season by Coach Shyatt. He was/is trying to get this entire team up to D1 speed. We are getting there.

UNM should be out of the top 25 if previous teams losing bad games is any indication. If they some how get some random love then they will be at the bottom of the top 25.

I think a good seed and Top 25 are usually synonomous with one another. Although, I guess it depends on how one defines a good seed. I would say a good seed is in the 1-5 or 6 range and usually those are Top 25 teams. I think that being a battle tested team with having that bulls-eye on your back throughout the season would only mean a positive thing come tournament time. Not to mention the positive media coverage that the school would receive from that as well as recruits seeing that number next to the name of the school that is recruiting them along with the fan base. I would imagine that a Top 25 team in Laramie would draw more "fringe" fans in than a team not in the Top 25. What I'm saying is there is nothing bad that can come from being ranked in the Top 25.

Does it really matter if it is a good idea or not? If we are top 25 then we are top 25, if we aren't then we aren't.
Not like us as fans get to choose...

We can't just collectively say let's not be top 25 because it isn't a good idea and don't want teams to play their best against us and show we really aren't a top 25 team.

Oregon getting votes ahead of us also dropped that game to UTEP, If we aren't int eh top 25 we will be at 26 and Kentucky and Pittsburgh will move into the top 25. Marquette was getting votes around us and they lost to GB it's ok though if we aren't top 25 we will just need to keep taking care of business.

Arizona is not overrated, have you seen Solomon Hill and Mark Lyons play?? along with their 3 freshman bigs and Chol... they have solid shooters and Nick Johnson is a stud... They beat Florida! and won @ Clemson... they are very young and still beat a very good and experienced Florida team. Wanna know what is scary about them being young? They are only going to get better, and Lyons will only improve at the point with Sean Miller... They have every right to be number 4
