Women's basketball is first in the MWC, at 7-1. They are +3 in the home/away wins standings (Brandenburg Standings). They have defeated the #3 and #4 teams on the road, and only play the #2 team at home.

Yes, thank you for posting this! The women's team is certainly in the driver's seat for the #1 seed in the MWC tournament and has been the most fun team to watch since the NIT championship team. It would be unlikely for the MWC to receive an at-large, so still must win the tournament.

Cowgirls have a real opportunity in front of them, a very favorable schedule, it would be disappointing if they didn’t win given the current standings and their schedule. This is the year for them.
