Prior to relocating to the Mountain West in 2002 I never had a favorite CFB team.
Earlier in my career I worked in Huntington, West Virginia, when Chad Pennington and Randy Moss were there.
I covered the Herd and got into them the year I was there - but it never stuck - and I never considered myself a Marshall fan.
It's been Wyoming now for the last 12 years.
Joe Glenn gave me a Wyoming jersey (the prairie gold look) after a game a few years ago for my television show in Denver.
CSU saw it, and the next day they mailed me an official helmet.

However I also agree with you, Joe Glenn probably did convert a lot of folks into Pokes fans.
