I guess he made the right decision since his Utah teams were much better than our cowboys and he's in the pros now.

I believe his step dad is Joe Legerski.

Yes, Joe is his step dad and the guy grew up around Utah athletics while Joe was an assistant there so it wasn't a big surprise he decided to play football there. I also believe he spent more of his life growing up in Utah then Wyoming.
