I think this is more of a teaching job for him. Brian Johnson was a bad ass QB for Utah was their QB coach, then OC, and kind of struggled as he is not very old at all, and I think Whittingham brought Erickson in to mentor Johnson, and kind of teach him how to coach an entire offense, not just play in it, or coach the QB.

But if Utah had some issues with it and it caused them to struggle...I certainly wouldn't mind lol.
