CU will no longer play non-BCS schools on road

According to the Denver Post linked below, Dan Hawkins says that as long as he is the coach CU won't play a non-BCS school on the road after tonights Toledo game. I hate to break this to you Dan but after predicting a ten win season and refusing to bench your crappy QB who just happens to be your son (hahahaha) you won't be the coach at CU for long! The landscape is changing these "inferior" non-bcs schools are making the bigger schools play them in 2 for 1 deals. If Texas, Nebraska, Mizzou and Oregon are willing to come to Laramie it's a joke that a school like CU won't play us on the road. if you are scared of playing non-bcs teams on the road what does that say about your football program?

What really pisses me off is their refusal to play Wyoming in basketball - home or away. If the Pokes play in Boulder, they'd have more than 2 people show up for their games.

"Hawkins says as long as he is the coach"...

Well, that asshat doesn't have to worry about that for long, especially after they begin the year 0 & 3. ;)

Agreed McPeachy. The new coach can schedule whoever he wants. I would imagine after CU loses to a second MWC team on Sept 19 Hawk will be little more than a lame duck coach.
