CSU recruit must wait one more year

I wonder if any of our recruits that don't make it to Laramie because they were academically ineligible ever make it back. I remember last year, two guys Evan Williams and Dylan McEvleen didn't make it. Do any of those guys ever get to laramie or are they a lost cause? Can anyone remember someone coming back after not being eligible?
