Off to a good start at 4-1
My understanding is that Larsen is quite good friends with the Utah head coach. Utah wanted their assistant coaching position filled ASAP and wasn't willing to wait until the end of the season. It was a "take it now or we will fill it without someone else" type of offer. Obviously, he was good enough friends with the Utah coach that he decided to take the offer.I wish somebody would do some digging into why Larsen (assistant coach) quit mid-season.
Makes sense. I heard there was some angst though, and that Larsen shopped himself to get out.My understanding is that Larsen is quite good friends with the Utah head coach. Interesting. I had heard the Wyoming coaching staff was not happy with him for leaving in the middle of the season, but I did not know there may have been problems prior to that.Makes sense. I heard there was some angst though, and that Larsen shopped himself to get out.
