Joe Glenn was excited about getting help in recruiting the Sugar Land area but was pressured by his insecure recruiting coordinator, the in-over-his-head Coach Wiz, to back off outside (read non Coach Wiz lol) help in fear of recruiting violations. Wiz'y hated anyone else getting Joe's attention, even if blocking it hurt the Cowboys. Sad for the Cowboys and keeping such light weights was eventually sad, and bad, for Joe, an otherwise great guy.
