He shows flashes. Sometimes he's like a lockdown corner with many recievers, other times he's out of place.

Burns played really solid, but looked like he got burned a few times due to lack of safety help. It also didn't help that he couldn't catch anything early in the season.

Mike Atkinson was a huge reason BSU's defense is ranked in the Top 10. I know he got hurt and all, but I still think he warranted a 1st-team nod here. He did on the real MWC teams.
