I think he’s the guy we miss the most. You never had to worry about his protection, never had a problem running the ball. Altogether he was a nfl starter anchoring the offensive line and he and one other offensive lineman were replaced by true freshman and it’s hard to expect the same level of proficiency from an offense that does that.

I do think he and his staff get much of the credit for his development though. Christiansen recruited very well on the offensive side of the ball but his real downfall was not being able to have any defense whatsoever.
