Kid had offers from cinci and central Michigan. I like seeing these fbs offers. I like diamonds in the rough but also like a kid that picks Wyo over other fbs offers

"Everyone just made me feel very welcomed at Wyoming. I really like the Wyoming coaches and they also recruited me really hard. I was just impressed with the overall atmosphere at Wyoming. I was able to get out to a game earlier in the season and it's just an outstanding game day atmosphere at Wyoming. In the end I can just see myself playing at Wyoming, getting a great education and just having a great college experience."

OPRF's Keyon Blankenbaker commits to Wyoming football (Chicago Tribune)
"We always knew he was a special player and a super hard worker and a very coachable kid," (coach John Hoerster) said. "We were able to really focus him on the defensive side of the ball. He also returned punts and kicks, and he blocked kicks. We got an opportunity to put him all over the place on special teams.
"The thing that has really stood out about him when you watch the film is not only he a great cover corner ... he's a fantastic tackler and unafraid of coming up and making plays. He's a total team player and a great captain for us."
