Did you see the recent press release about the renovation? It referred to new vomitories. I had to look that one up. Turns out it’s not what you would first think. It’s to allow the fans to exit quickly.

Back in 1980, I was an Ironworker working on the basketball arena. On the plans, the portals were called vomitories. We too referred to the dictionary. Strange terminology. We laughed.
