I swear sometimes people "feel more comfortable" when we lose a close game to a good team rather than winning because it was a fluke or we got lucky.

Honestly from what I have seen tonight I think we will struggle in conference play. IN non conference we will win most of the games because the schedule is so weak. I would say we will probably lose @ Illinois St., @ SMU and possibly this week @ UC Santa Barbara along with at home to Colorado. Hope I'm wrong but that is what I think.

We do have a lot of young talent but that's exactly what it is very young. We have more players that can come off of the bench this year but they are so young I'm not sure against good teams they will be able to contribute much.

Hope we do better but think we finish probably 10-4 non conference and 7-9 in conference. Hopefully we keep improving though. I should probably wait to predict much until we play Colorado but think there is a good chance we get beat this week at UC Santa Barbara.

I hope you are right because I want us to win but I beg to differ with you. There is a chance we lose to them because it is a road game. Not saying we will lose but there is for sure a chance and it is more than just a slight chance.

You're right they did. Like I said hopefully it is just Shyatt playing around with the lineups. Also who knows maybe Michigan St. sucks this year lol ... I'm glad we are winning. You're right they did. Like I said hopefully it is just Shyatt playing around with the lineups. Also who knows maybe Michigan St. sucks this year lol ... I'm glad we are winning. If we play a solid game on the road Wednesday, then we better have a jampacked AA for the CU game.
They are going to have fans in Laramie, so we should too.

I think we struggle a little bit just because it is the road, but this team is close to putting together a complete game.
And I think Shyatt plays the "A" squad a lot Wednesday for 2 reasons.
1-Road game, like you said Seattle, it is a road game. We've got to win somehow.
2-The "A" squad needs to play a full 40 minutes, 2 good halves of hoops BEFORE the CU game.

I tend to stay away from predictions since I suck at them and never get them right. I know the video feed tonight was mediocre at best but it looks like there will be a lot of the Mens games online this season which mediocre video is better than no video.

What I see about this team is imo we have way more depth than we have had in quite a while. I think we were getting a look at that depth tonight. I don't know how strong the bench scoring is but but personally I think Cooke will be a starter in the line up before long. He is going to be special this season.

I've seen Boise play and I don't see them looking very good at all their defense is horrendous they are like 150ish range on scoring defense. Their scoring offense not much better. I see the same teams giving us trouble this season that gave us trouble last season. UNLV, New Mexico, SDSU and I don't know about the new comers never watched any of them play BB.
