I've seen Cal Poly ranked in a couple FCS top 25 polls this week.
What the hell happened to your Griz this past weekend? Is NAU just that good? They did beat UNLV (You may snicker, but AFA lost to them)

Griz defense forgot they were supposed to play football.. NAUs running back went off for 250 yards, including a pair of 60+ yarders on the exact same play.. simple off-tackle dive and down the sidelines. The safeties were caught on their heels as the LBs over-pursued and the safeties were playing right on the LBs asses. The NAU RB is legit.. may be the top back in the Big Sky. Wish the Pokes had him. Plus 5 Griz turnovers (3 INT, 2 fumble) certainly didn't help. They were up 24-7 at the half.. then NAU went on a rampage and put down 34 points in the 2nd half. Terrible weekend, this Griz team is so young this year.. lost most of the defense and the best QB in the Big Sky. Not looking forward to Eastern WA this weekend.. their QB is going to have a hay-day with the Griz secondary.

Also, enjoy Cal Poly's stadium! It's a terrific facility and appears to be a really cool town to go visit!

SLO is one of the few towns in the US that have no national chains stores or junk food restaurants. No vehicles down town. Foot traffic and bicycles in certain areas only. No mickey dees, no wal mart or safeway. Just local shops. Good time at the local farmers market with good brews, wine, music and walking around food. Definitely what a university town should be. You'll have a good time there, whatever the occassion. If you have time, check out Pismo Beach south of there. Its the kinda of town Missoula aspires to be for sure ( however, kind'a like Costco in Missoula).

Can't handle Reserve Street traffic? You must be near death. How can you possibly live without Costco tritip? And what about the $1.50 lunch.

I drive Reserve all the time, it's fine. I only live about 5 mins from Costco. Just don't care for lots of people inside the same 4 brick walls. And I hate big box stores.

* it's at North Dakota....... and there are plenty of fast food joints and everyone drives.......just will be disappointed of a first year big sky team beats the team that came to 7200 ft and beat us..... :willybs:
