Bye Weeks...

with all the talk about bye weeks giving the wounded some rest, I bet the Pokes wanted to go out and get after it a little!

tell me about it

i don't even get sunday this week.....and the wife wants me to finish all of our landscaping projects because of it

The Pokes need this rest as much as anyone in the conference as it is we have a long conference schedule coming up next week and there aren't really any easy games.

Would be nice if we got a few of the injured guys back as well.

never been a fan of the bye week either

I wasn't at first under the coach C era, but I guess it's not too bad. We will find out next saturday.

2009 L @Utah 22-10
2009 W @NM BOWL vs Fresno St. 35-28
2010 we didn't have a bye week
2011 L @Utah State 63-19
2011 W @SDSU 30-27
2011 L @NM BOWL vs Temple 37-15

2-3 total, with 1-2 non-bowl games.

Hopefully we win this game and get to .500 coming out of the bye weeks

were open dates? That's what we used to call 'em.
This Saturday is a very boring one to me, but I'm not feeling my best, so I'll just watch TV games and hope for something.

I'm happy with the fact we have a bye headed into conference, we can get healthy, maybe turn a new leaf with a little extra game plan etc. but as a fan it sucks, I have nothing to look forward to today

So I saw a few plays of Baylor at WV. I don't like it though.
So instead I'm watching some SWC to the SEC football. Right now it's Texas A&M 44 and Arkansas 10 with 3:58 to go in the 3rd Q.
I hate the Razorbacks.
