As I said, Wyoming hasn't been "tough" since 1998. The disparity between the late 90's teams and today (in caliber of personnel) is a complete 180. In '98, we hung in with a Georgia team that was led by Champ Bailey. He had his blueprints all over it, but we only lost 16-9. Champ would score 5 touchdowns on our team this year (and yes, he played two ways at Georgia for those who forget).
