Brodricks Jones commits to Wyoming

This is a very good get. That gives us two athletic bigs to go with our two bangers. Im guessing they're still looking for a big guard/scorer.
 
Eligibility-wise you can say he took the place of Conway, so luckily we found a kid who can be a solid player while keeping classes balanced. I really hope we use the last remaining scholarship on a guy who is eligible for this next year, hopefully a senior so we can have 2 scholarships available to sign a pair of 2017 studs.
 
Think I read something about him sitting out a number of games last season with a knee injury...hope he can get it fully rehabbed and 100% again.

You can say that about every transfer in the country. Excited about the commit, great potential.
 
So have we signed anyone who can play this fall? We've singed Ny, Brodrick, and Hunter but none can play until fall 17. Am I remembering this correctly? Is the staff strapping in for this season, making due, and going all in on next season and beyond?

My thoughts, as well. It would make me feel better if they got a guard for next year. Maybe they are planning to dust off Morris Marshall?!

Definitely seems that way. It makes some sense though, as there's probably not a lot of great players still available.

We do need to have another primary ball handler.....but only lose two guys from last year......Adams (who was a stud) and Conway (who never played).

I'm looking forward to next year based solely on what we have returning. Maybe JJ can be that guy.
 
We've also got Kelly and Averbuck. They're walk-ons, but they do have a year under their belts in the program. I would not be surprised to see both of them getting minutes with as suddenly thin at guard we are.
