Bring on the Ass-ticks.

Best team we will play this year. We have to take better care of the basketball. 15 TO's against BSU can turn into 20 against SDSU and they can turn them into points.

Fisher has traditionally let us dictate the tempo and keep it as a low possession game. As a result, I expect a close low scoring game. Huge game for Wyoming.

I don't think CSU is very good, and I don't expect them to end up a Top 50 RPI team (I hope they do for our sake, but I have my doubts right now). SDSU OTOH will be in the mix in the MWC and will still have an at-large profile at the end of the year IMO. This is our best opportunity for a quality win on the NCAA resume.

The other piece is of course the MWC. Although the Lobos are dangerous and others look good at time, SDSU is still the team that we will need to beat if we want to win the MWC.

Huge, huge game.

This game can make us 5-0 while SDSU would be 2-2 or we can be 4-1 and them 3-1 with them having a head to head advantage and another game at their place.
We need this game.
 
This is sooooooo fucking awesome right now! In the top 25 with the Aztecs coming to our house!!!! We got this one. I'm actually more worried about the Fresno game. This will be a great contest though. This is the first time I'm actually confident we can stay in the top 25 for more then a week! :lol:

Maybe this top 25 thing can inspire the team on the road to some victories. We need to prove ourselves and show the country what we're all about this week.
 
Definitely ready for the game Wednesday.

I think the Pokes play VERY slow on Wednesday. I think we take care of the ball extremely well, and quit with the turnovers.

I think it will be low scoring just not as close. But I think sdsu comes in with something to prove.

Yep, I was.

I didn't rush the court though. I figured I would let all the students who have never done it before do it... I've had my fair share of court stormings haha.

But it was a great game. Fun atmosphere. It was definitely the first Beaver (basketball) game I went to that had that type of intensity.

Beavers rushing the Court against a #7 conference opponent, Wonder if they had all the boo-birds telling them not to rush the count act like you have been there like we had when we beat #5 SDSU.

always said it any team that's ranked that comes into your building and you beat them unless you are ranked higher, always an open window to do so, and oh yea been there done that!!
