EVERYTHING I've ever wanted in a qb to play for my school. We're still behind you, Brett!

I like my qbs fiery. My pro team is Chicago and I defend Cutler to no end. Keep up the passion and excitement that elevates us every Saturday. I trust in Brett Smith to will this team to victory...

Please don't compare Brett Smith to a whiny jerk like Cutler. I doubt Brett Smith is the type of person to whine his way out of town, to constantly throw his teammates under the bus and to walk away from his coaches mid-game.

I have never seen Brett Smith throw a teammate under the bus. I have never seen Cutler take responsiblity for his own play.

I wouldn't want him to play with any less fire and passion. I watched the game on Nevada's website and I didn't think he did a single thing that isn't done every college football game without a penalty.

Sensitive much? I'm more concerned about Wyoming fans throwing Smith under the bus. Talk about whiny?? To throw a 19-20yr old kid under the bus like A LOT of fans here and on gowyogo did...give me a break. Brett Smith is going to go down as the best qb Wyoming has ever had and it makes me shake my head at some stuff I see. Just gotta believe in the kid and watch him carry us. His passion for us matches our passion to support our team and him. Rally the troops for this Saturday....this is going to be fun to watch.

p.s. if you are a broncos fan...thank you josh mcd for cutler and marshall :D

My view has already been stated regarding Brett Smith...and that is that no other single Wyoming player (as long as I've been watching since the early 90s) has had as much of an impact on the team's performance than him. Barring injury, I believe he will go down as Wyoming's most prolific QB (btw he just passed Randy Welniak this weekend for career passing yards).

Brett is a hell of a quarterback but he better get rid of that school girl emotional thing he's got going on.

I noticed in the Idaho game that he jumped up after being tackled and started yelling at the defender when it
was just a routine tackle. I hope this experience is enough of a wake up call for him to just play football.

The Nevada game was handed to the pokes on a silver platter a couple of times and they weren't together enough to
take it. Some good things were done by offense and defense and it all went down the tube over silly emotions.
