For the first time in months, Monday matters.

Wyoming head football coach Craig Bohl spoke at his first weekly press conference on Monday, evaluating his team heading into the season opener against Montana on Saturday afternoon.

The way NDSU rolled people last year, it probably should be spelled "wail".

The man exudes supreme confidence. On numerous occasions with the media so far, Bohl has publicly stated that he wants to return the Wyoming program to "national prominence". He obviously has a lot of confidence in his staff and his blueprints. Those comments have got to inspire at least a few Pokes fans. It's a process. We shall see.
 
When you come in from a team where you won three straight NCs, of course you would have confidence and trust your blueprints. But, this is a different team with a different league and tougher competition. I agree it will be a process. Hopefully like it was at NDSU for Bohl. Build it to National promenence... But it may take a few years.
