Big East expansion clouded

Dan Wolken, NY Daily News writer, made a good point over Twitter tonight. If MW/CUSA merge in some form, the Big East is dead. They will have no one to add except MAC schools.. interesting thought, and it would definitely kill off the Big East, making the remaining teams ripe for the picking.

Saw that.....he does make a great point.

These remaining Big East schools are far from united. Their own agendas will keep them from any progress. Its only a matter of time before they fold.
