No such thing as "White out" or "Gold Rush" this time of year. It will be a tan out in Carhartt for sure.

So true! I love the Wyoming style...but for me I will be going with my skiing insulated snowpants and down jacket under a Wyoming jacket shell.

I like to use the three layer system.

Start with a good pair of long underwear and a long sleeve buttonless shirt. Tuck the first layer shirt into the long underwear. Add a pair of sweat pants or jeans on top of that and a hooded sweatshirt. Tuck the second layer top into the second layer pants. Make the third layer some type of windproof/waterproof material to seal in the heat. Toss on a stocking hat(I've got the ninja hood that covers your nose and lower face as well), some gloves rated for below zero temperatures and a scarf to seal the hole around your neck. It's a good idea if your bottom layer shirt has sleeves longer than your arms as well because then you can tuck them into your gloves to keep your wrists from getting cold. If it's really cold bust out some boot warmers and glove warmers to toss in your gloves and boots to keep your nubblins warm.

This system has been developed and tested working outdoors in Wyoming winters, so I know it works.

Junky knows what's going on, but a scarf? Be a man and get a wool neck gaiter. I'd also suggest mittens of any kind over gloves. There's tons of great wool long underwear out there.

Wool long underwear layer followed by long sleeve shirt and sweat pants of some type usually polyester. Followed by fleece vest and insulated carhart pants. Then I wear a hoodie or an insulated flannel shirt/coat followed by the big coat. Top off with rabbit bomber hat and wool neck gaiter.

Feet are tricky. If you wear too many socks, you're feet will actually be colder. I wear a polyester sock liner and heavy wool socks with a quality boot.

My feet and hands tend to get cold so I wear those "grabber" foot and hand warmers. Coldest game I've ever attended was the Wyo. - csewe game in 2006 in the war. We beat Sonny's team 22-0. Anyway, those warmers did the trick. Hot chocolate and schnapps is also very effective for cold weather games.

I love the scarf for winter. Not only can you seal the neck hole, you can wrap it around the nose and lower face area in case it's extremely cold.

Plus, my scarf says Wyoming Cowboys on it. :D

it's exciting we're talking about this Dec. 3 in Laramie, WY, never did I think this would of happened(so soon), bring on the cold!!!! it's gonna be a fun, fun day!!!

if this doesn't sell out we shouldn't be able to say build it and they will come ever again
Why? We've lost two generations of fans because of our suckiness over the last two decades. Things are getting built all over again.

22K? For hosting the conference championship game? Our first shot at a conference championship in 20 years? There better be 28K.

yep if it's 22k I'll be happy with that, disappointed with TV and our fans tho, give them a big game and cop out, grrrrr, no reason this shouldn't sell out, but hey we're in Wyoming
