Wow, the Pokes shot lights out in that first half. 64% from the field, 46% from beyond the arc, and 83% from the line. Only a single turnover. Can't really ask for a much better half of basketball than what they just played. Of course, it's completely unrealistic to expect them to play to this level in every game, but that half was an absolute joy to watch.

My hope for the second half is that our bench shows better than it did in the exhibition game. If they can keep the lead at or above 15, I'll be pleased with the progress our bench has showed. This Arkansas State basketball team is not as bad as we are making them look.

Sounds like they're really coming together and continue to improve. CU was a tough loss, but not disappointed by their effort. Keep growing like they are, may have a chance to make some good noise in conference. But still have some tough OOC games left, most notable, Ohio State and SMU.

It looked to me like this team is really coming together and the depth and backup players are showing progress as well. There are still some adjustments to be made, but it looks promising for this team.

Oh we have studs. Their names are Larry Nance Jr. and Josh Adams.
Just wait for Hankerson to get comfortable. Remember he has only played in 2 games in the past, oh about 24 months.
Tonight, and friday I think we see HUGE improvement from him.
He is still getting back into it.

He will be a total stud too.
