To the edge / full length of the east stands?

I don't remember the reasoning, and honestly, the two corners next to the suites on both sides have obstructed views (mostly).

Not sure, but I'd guess there's an egress issue vis a vis the elevators.

i've wondered this myself...you'd think they could've added another box or two, i can't imagine them even selling those seats


i've been up there a couple of times, and there's seats by the boxes that you could only see the end zone directly in front of you

Don't know for sure but maybe it had something to do with funding; you know sort of like the indoor practice facility not having the roof high enough to practice punting in it, etc. Maybe Mr. B. was just in too much of a hurry to get another item in his resume before making sure it was done right! But as I say, I don't know for sure, just speculating.
