who is to say that UCONN and Cincinnatti don't want it to be dead though. I could see them voting to dissolve the league right along with them, they don't want to be there anyways and have been begging everyone to let them in their conference. So just because the basketball schools can't dissolve the conference alone doesn't mean that the BE won't still die IMO.

I think an article I read states that the lawyers will need to figure out the situation and that they don't know who will retain the league name..
