I wanted Chris Pro last year in the later rounds. I really like what our new GM Emery is doing. In the first round, he makes a bold move and takes Shea McClellin (Jared Allen comparisons) from Boise over some other highly rated ends. Then grabs Alshon Jeffery and now a very under-valued player in Alvester. I heard that the nfl changed the team rosters to a 90-man roster...so he'll be alright to make his case through training camp. Otherwise I hope we keep him on the scout team and see how the sticky situation with Forte plays out. If Forte holds out, look for da bears to make a few call-ups to get more depth in the backfield.

Good for Alvester, hope he makes the team as well. Bears fan growing up, my grandparents lived about an hour away so they were huge Bears and Cubs, fans.
