I was very much looking forward to this piece that aired on Altitude tonight, watched it, and came away completely disappointed with the final results.
Why Julie Browman (an AWFUL interviewer) and a few cameraman came up to Laramie is lost on me.
She asked inane questions throughout, spent so much time talking about Coach Bohl's jaunts in Nebraska & in Fargo...very little about his current position or the vision for POKES Football...and the ridiculousness of the final few questions ('Who would you most likely want to be stuck in an elevator with?") was pathetically absurd.
At media day today after Coach Bohl was finished speaking to the assembled throng of media dorks, I wanted to grab a helmet and go out and level someone...this is how inspirational and motivating Coach Bohl was today. The man commanded the room speaking in an extemporaneous fashion for 15 minutes before taking a few questions, his heart, his emotional investment in this so clearly evident to anyone in that room today.
Browman and the Altitude folks left so much meat on the bone with what turned out to be a pretty meaningless interview that could have - and should have been - so much more.
