Lt. Gen. Mike Gould told The Gazette today that Air Force will officially remain in the Mountain West in all sports. Glad to see some loyalty... :D

Great news! I don't give a shit about BSU and SDSU. I didn't want to see the any one of the three front range schools break up the alliance of UW, AFA, and CSU.

My list has UNM as well as UW, AFA, and CSU.

Don't know who may have seen it but I said on Twitter earlier that BSU's president is pimping them out... 3 conferences in 5 years. In some states that would get you arrested!!!

I wonder for how long though?

Doesn't sound like any of this is over.

It will be interesting to see what Rutgers and UCONN do. If ACC swipes em, could get ugly real quick.

I expect the PAC to shake it's fanny for Texas and OU again next year...then, we get to do all this agonizing again.

What pisses me off is that, with only 3 or 4 schools originally in the BCS remaining in the conference, they will still be in the BCS, with the addition of all the non-BCS schools.

Who besides Rutgers was in the Big East when the BCS started in '98?

South Florida was D1-AA in '98. Moved up in 2000, Joined CUSA in 2003 and joined the Big East in 2005.

Thank you Air Force for finally doing what is best for the student athletes, fans, and institution instead of chasing the money like BYU, Boise, & SDSU.

I can see the logic of TCU they have natural rivalries in the Big XII from the SWC days and they will save on travel and they get into the BCS by moving to the Big XII.

I can even agree with the move for Utah as having a medical school they wanted to be associated academically and athletically with the PAC 12

I wish they all would have stayed b/c the MW would be great with all of those teams but now we have a legit chance in Football and Basketball to win the conference!
