A huge favor for the OREGON game?

So, I have no idea if anyone on here is capable of doing this, but is there any way someone can record the game this weekend and put it on youtube? I paid extra through DISH to make sure I had the PAC12 channel and I just found out that I will have to WORK during the game!! I am so pissed. I watched the Kansas st/NDSU game in its entirety on youtube the other day, and I so I was hoping someone could do the same thing with the Oregon game this weekend? (No I do not have DVR...pathetic I know)

Plus, I am sure there are a lot of us that are in my same shoes.

Finally, if we pull the amazing upset, you will probably get 2 million views and you will make money from youtube!

Actually, you would probably end up with a cease and desist letter and/or a lawsuit.

My girlfriend and I just got our tv installed and we have pac12 and DVR.
My issue...idk how to work DVR.... I've never had it before.
DVR is the recording thing right?

I will record the game and go over by a halfhour or so incase the unthinkable upset goes to OT or something. I just don't know how to put it online

The better option would be to record the game and send the file via dropbox or something similar. I really don't believe you want to record a game in its entirety and then proceed to rebroadcast it via Youtube.

If you have the Pac 12 Network on Cable/Sat then all you need to do is go to http://pac-12.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; click on watch Pac 12 Networks it will prompt you to choose your service provider for your cable. Choose that and then sign in with your cable/sat account to authenticate.

Choose Oregon and watch the replay.

Wyo2dal's is the easiest way.

You might also check out youtube, dailymotion or noonkick.com

Most B1G and Pac12 games are uploaded pretty fast after air.

I'm pretty sure you're asking people to violate copyright law.

Caselaw would suggest so. It would be difficult to argue that recording an entire game and posting it on the internet for the entire world to view free of cost constitutes "fair use." In fact, I would probably argue that doing such would create a slam dunk case for copyright infringment both civil and criminal.

Just a heads up.

17 U.S. Code § 506 - Criminal offenses

(a) Criminal Infringement.—

(1) In general.— Any person who willfully infringes a copyright shall be punished as provided under section 2319 of title 18, if the infringement was committed—
(A)for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain;

(B)by the reproduction or distribution, including by electronic means, during any 180–day period, of 1 or more copies or phonorecords of 1 or more copyrighted works, which have a total retail value of more than $1,000; or

(C)by the distribution of a work being prepared for commercial distribution, by making it available on a computer network accessible to members of the public, if such person knew or should have known that the work was intended for commercial distribution.
