Those are Lieberman's stats over the last 7 games. I just don't get all the negativity by some about Lieberman. His turnovers are significantly down, while his rebounding and 3pt shooting are significantly up. I don't think Lieberman will ever be the best player on a MWC championship caliber team, but he certainly could be a key role player on a MWC championship team. Some people act like that being a valuable role player is a bad thing.

His perimeter defense sucks, and he has way too many turnovers to be a point guard.

7 games is a decent sample size and 1.3 turnovers a game for a sophomore pg in his first season of getting significant playing time, in my opinion is not getting too many turnovers. I think too many people just remember the first Boise game where Lieberman had an atrocious day and had 8 turnovers. I'll be the first to admit he was the primary reason we lost that particular game, but I don't think its fair to judge him based off that one performance so long ago.

Lieberman has gotten better all year and will look even better next year. Coach Shyatt made the right call and that's the one position that is solid for the next two years. We have JMac for one year. We need everyone else to step up in the offseason.

Liebs, light it up tomorrow - guessing he scores a career high 15 points tomorrow.
