have they always extended their season into Championship Week or is this an ESPN mandated thing for revenue? I know about the Hawaii/Big Ten deal but the others?

The WAC is probably just desperate for attention.

Only WAC school I give a rat's ass for is Hawai'i mainly because I have friends there.

Half the WAC is playing, because any team that travels to Hawaii in a given season is allowed to schedule a 13th regular season game. The NCAA allows for this to make up for travel costs.

I was following it at work on Gametracker. It bodes well for our offense, but can we outscore them? I think our defense is better than Illinois, but nonetheless...
