2.0 million in t.v. bonus money, is that right?

I assume the title game counts. That's 4 games on the big networks this year. We should get a minimum of 2 million in t.v. bonus money this year in addition to a share of the split games.

I'm pretty sure we get 15 percent of the gate at the title game as well.

That should help the Bohl contract negotiation.

They're saying on the MWCboard, that you don't get bonus money, or at least not the same amount as you do for regular season games.

Does anyone know for sure?

That actually makes sense. The CCG is the property of the MW.

I read an article, but I can't find the link to it now.

The way it works:

1. You don't get t.v. money for the title game.
2. The host team gets 10 percent of the profits from the game plus a 1/12th share of the profits.
3. The visiting team gets 5 percent of the profits plus a 1/12th share.
4. The other MWC teams all get a 1/12 share.

It's not as lucrative as a Saturday t.v. game although it has a much bigger economic impact on Laramie.
