I looked up something to see if there was a drop. 70% compensation after year 3 so it would be a 1.5M, roughly buyout, but would rather have that money go towards other thingsThere is not. It is fully guaranteed compensation.

I'd go with Little Windy City State. Not according to them
CSewe North Campus? Not according to them
There is not. It is fully guaranteed. The pay for all 5I believe after year 3 of Sawvel's contract their is an out that significantly drops his payout should it come to that point
It's wrong. The person who wrote that article got confused and was clearly not an attorney. That was the BUYOUT provision that Sawvel would have to pay if he left for another job.I looked up something to see if there was a drop. 70% compensation after year 3 so it would be a 1.5M, roughly buyout, but would rather have that money go towards other things
I truly don’t believe Sawfull understands his job is on the line.As much as a loss would be catastrophic for the program, a win could really be something to build on. To go into Fort Collins and shut up what will surely be an amped up CSU fanbase would be a damn nice way to set the tone for the remainder of the season.
I worry losing has become somewhat of a mentality in the program over these past two seasons. I'm not sure this coaching staff really believes in themselves or their players to get the job done on the field. That kind of thing can be a program destroyer.
The time for excuses are over. I don't care what injuries we carry into this game. I don't care if the refs make a bunch of horseshit calls against us. Just win the damn game. Sawvel's coaching career is literally on the line.
You might be right, but it seems almost impossible to me.I truly don’t believe Sawfull understands his job is on the line.

Weird that they are having a press conference in a few hours to announce that they aren't changing their name, adopting 4 year programs or otherwise competing with the current University....Not according to them
His recommended name...lol. I think they should go with "L-Trip".Weird that they are having a press conference in a few hours to announce that they aren't changing their name, adopting 4 year programs or otherwise competing with the current University....
"LCCC has been working with expert consultants to guide the process through which potential names are identified, tested against criteria, and ultimately recommended. On August 17, LCCC President Joe Schaffer will announce his recommendation for the new name change to the campus during the annual State of the College Address, and then later that day to community partners. The Board of Trustees will consider this recommendation and take formal action on September 16 to adopt a new name."
So you are saying that LCCC is actually going to begin directly competing with UW despite publicly stating they will not? I’m confusedWeird that they are having a press conference in a few hours to announce that they aren't changing their name, adopting 4 year programs or otherwise competing with the current University....

They are already competing with UW for donor dollars (and students)…So you are saying that LCCC is actually going to begin directly competing with UW despite publicly stating they will not? I’m confused
I don't think you understand the inroads CSU is making into the Cheyenne area.So you are saying that LCCC is actually going to begin directly competing with UW despite publicly stating they will not? I’m confused
NIL, transfer portal and Coach Sawvel have dwindled my cfb and Wyoming interest...I'll follow but won't be nearly as rabid, my BP doesn't need it as much anymore. Yes my away game is at CMU this year, everything already booked...maybe 1 home game but just not excited except Tote Harris!I don't sense the fan base is all that enthusiastic about the upcoming season, but I do sense that the opening game has never had more significance in determining the temperature and climate for the program.

There was a CSU trailer there but I didn't see anything from UW. That is inexcusable.Makes me sick.
