Embedding Tweets from Twitter

I have added the functionality to embed a tweet in a post.
Simply, click the tweet bbcode above the posting box, then paste the url of the tweet within the brackets.
EXAMPLE: [tweet] https://twitter.com/chrislynn/status/364901946588536832" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; [/tweet] (without spaces)
https://twitter.com/chrislynn/status/364901946588536832
