How much more do we need to see? Would you want to play for this guy unless it was the last and only option you had?

I’ve been pretty clear in my belief that the future of the program appears pretty hopeless under the current coach.

That said - we aren’t going to fire Linder because Burman gave him an extension until 2027 2 years ago and the buyout is cost prohibitive at this point.

We can’t just fire coaches because there’s more than just performance to consider. Like oredigger said, just got extension. We went from “we better get this guy an extension so we don’t lose him” to “fire him with years left on his contract”
