Wow, I am very surprised. I didn't think they stood a chance. Still only the first half though...a lot more game to go.

Imagine if we could just cut the turnovers in half every game. It would be such a huge difference to our chances of winning

I couldn’t watch live so I recorded it. First half was fun to watch for the most part (without the turnovers). Shortly after the second half started I could see the writing on the wall and deleted the recording. Don’t need the frustration.

Wyoming with 15 turnovers. SDSU with 2. That was the difference in the game.

Another difference is when we get the ball close to the hoop we still struggle to score, but when other teams get it down low it’s automatic

Another problem is the 7 minutes of not scoring. We have had that in many of our losses. I've seen as many as 10 minute stretches. Poor shot selection, turnovers killing us.

The 2 big problems, as many have stated, are turnovers and finishing at the rim. I think both of those can be attributed to having such a young team and having players that aren't used to the speed of the MW. The team is definitely getting better as the year goes on. Saturday should be a fun one.
