While I am not bullish on Bohl or most any of his staff, I do think that the Boise beatdown will put a huge chip on the Pokes' shoulders for the Border War. My guess is that they play possessed, adopting an "us against everyone" mentality. The Sheep will come in battered and bruised, looking for the first opportunity to roll over. We have to give them that opportunity and break their will - early - remembering that they are fully capable of coming back quickly. We cannot afford to start fast and wither or we will get beat.

We cannot afford to start fast and wither or start slow and wither.

We need to score more points than CSU. Deal with however you think it should be dealt with, but that is the stat that matters. I'm not sure we can do it this weekend. The cowboy defense better slow them down (unlike on the "BLUE")

Hopefully the D isn’t in the field for 75% of the game, meaning we have some offense. Is so, I like our chances.

Our defensive front had better get some pressure on CSU's QB tonight or it could be a long game. Our defensive front has been non-existent of late and our secondary is a sieve that can only hold back WR and TE routes for 1-3 seconds. I don't like this match-up. Between their strengthened D line and our inept pass defense/rush, this game sets up exactly wrong for us.

This from a fan base that got their team a 15 yard penalty last game. What a bunch of weeners.
