30 minutes is ridiculous. We have thorguard lightning system at work and it uses 10 minutes since last lightning strike. I can’t remember what the distance is but I’m sure is smaller distance since one part of work will be in warning and the other side of facility isn’t.

30 minutes after last strike within 6 miles is the standard at all levels of sport in the US. All Universities have plenty of lightning tracking technology.

It’s very cautious. A little too much. Go to 20 or 15 minutes between strikes and keep the 6 miles. 6 miles is really far.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Sun Sep 03, 2023 12:01 amGuarantee a democrat made the lighting rulelaxwyo wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 6:19 pm 30 minutes is ridiculous. Did it shock you though? Kind of like night games in November running out of hot mixers?LanderPoke wrote: ↑Tue Sep 05, 2023 12:29 pmAll the damn food was practically sold out before the first quarter ended. Bad planning by the people in charge
