If we’re recruiting qbs that can’t throw a simple hitch (as Bohl said) then Bohl and company haven’t done their job recruiting. If they can’t get talented qbs to throw simple hitches that’s on Bohl and company’s development plan. I personally think we haven’t done a great job recruiting until Williams and they sort of screwed that up. I figured chambers would start the season and after a 4-0 start, it looked like the new OC had it licked. It’s too bad we didn’t stay with Williams after we made the switch. It’s possible he’d still be here. They found talent in Allen but in reality, Allen was most productive when he extended plays and used raw talent outside of the offensive scheme. Hell, he had trouble with some of the easiest passes. Here’s to hoping the new OC can fix this poop with another year under his belt. It’s actually a little disheartening that Beerup or Gibbs isn’t good enough to take the reigns and they had to bring in the Aggie kid. Hoping one of them really shines.
