Getting around blackouts

So, I had previously been able to avoid blackout restrictions by using a vpn, however now ESPN+ requires you to have precise location services on in order to stream. Anyone have a good workaround to avoid the blackout? I know I could just go to my streaming sites but I do like having the good streams available. I’m in my 40s now so I’m starting to lose the technological battle some. Any suggestions?
