Contracts for most college coaches are available in pdf format on the USA today college football site, but fyi...
In DC's contract...
$10,000 for each year participating in any bowl game ($10,000 this year)
$10,000 for each win over a MWC opponent ($40,000 this year)
$25,000 for finishing in top 25 (not this year)
$30,000 for winning MWC Championship (not this year)
$15,000 for being MWC Co-Champs (not this year)
$100,000 for participating in BCS bowl game (not this year)
They also qualify for Cowboy Joe Club Achievement Award...
1 months salary to coaching staff (Head coach & full-time assistants) for winning Conf Championship (not this year) or participating in bowl game (I guess they could qualify for getting 2 months salary for doing both?).
What I find interesting is that going to a bowl game gets rewarded (as I think it should) but winning it does NOT get additional rewards (I think that should be re-done, especially a BCS game!) No one talks about Hawaii's BCS game anymore, actually winning it has a lot of value.
