Northern Illinois has basically the same staff that it has had since January 2019 when they hired Hammock as HC. I am a bit skeptical when a HS junior commits to a program so early and then switches that the commitment in such a short time to another program. This is because there is a lot of time until December 2021 when LOIs are signed.
