Does being away from home help?? Or will there still be a hangover from Saturdays fiasco?? I think we play ok for a bit but the WolfPack's might beats us handily
Little early in the morning to start sniffing glue. A close lose against a so so team means nothing. Plus, why was Thompson on the bench when we were on defense? He's the only big body we have. He might have accidentally blocked that layup in the last 10 seconds. I will agree that the team looked better last night. But that was mostly due to Thompson being on fire from 3.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 8:24 am This is the improvement we need to see from Edwards to give him another year.
You have to be kidding. A team that has yet to win a conference game losing close to Nevada comes nowhere close to overcoming the fact that Edwards has had plenty of time yet the program has consistently got worse every year under him. The only thing the justifies bringing Edwards back is complete apathy to the basketball program.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 8:24 am This is the improvement we need to see from Edwards to give him another year.
Geez! I'm joking. I can't wait till we get a new coach and this nightmare is over. Just trying to keep things lightOrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 9:40 amYou have to be kidding. Blows my mind how far this program has fallen that we are excited with a ‘close’ conference loss.
Oh haha, you reeled a few of us in. The upside I’ve seen in the last couple games is that I think a new coach could do ok (not good but not the depths of where we are at) in the first year or two with the players in the program.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 9:47 amGeez! Never too early.
Bladerunner it was because they are playing better as a team not because one player was "on fire." As I keep posting, watch positioning, communications and focus if you want to see what the kids and the coach are doing. You have to give both credit and not be sniffing glue yourself.bladerunnr wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 9:31 amLittle early in the morning to start sniffing glue. I agree 1000 percent! Was telling my boy the Keqne does all the little things that are seen on the floor, but not always the stat sheet. Him and Foster definitely clicked last night together. Have to wonder why he didn’t see the court earlier. Too much faith in Meuller?LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 10:13 amUs not sucking as much coincides with Kwane Marble playing moreOrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Wed Jan 15, 2020 10:01 amOh haha, you reeled a few of us in.
