Isn't an indication of the program except that him being a assistant here helped him get a head coaching job.
Seems like he is a good coach so it sucks to see him leaving, wonder who we will hire.

Congrats to him! This is actually an indication that the program is in the right hands when you have assistants being hired for head coaching jobs. A few years ago i was near the bench watching a game after the power outage against Troy. There was a tutor talking about alot of the kids and she said Mo was a good player with lots of potential but he didnt like any sort of authority and could be a loose cannon, now that Al and HD are gone(team leaders) AE probably saw that writing on the wall and had a meeting and they parted ways. Now we'll really see what goes on with his kids and such, todays announcement of Shaun Vandiver coming back to UW is good in so many ways. Gonna be interesting
