Wow - I've been crowing about this for years. I think it would be great to get on a bicycle/atv in Laramie and be able to travel to Cheyenne without ever touching the interstate.

I always figured if I had a ridiculous amount of money burning a hole in my pocket, I would buy the Warren Livestock and Ycross ranches and open up all the land to the public - eventually granting the land to either the state or the parks (to remain public forever).
