That preview is wrong . Phil Steele does not have Wyoming as the eighth toughest schedule. Phil has Wyoming as the 44th toughest schedule but shows that if we just went by the teams we play records from last year it would be the 8th best winning percentage of combined records from last year. They need to get a clue . lol
