Anyone else going to Texas??

Trying to make some. I am sure I will go to the CJC event. Do you know what bar they are going to on the Friday night?
 
Im going in a group of six. Game Tickets check, plane tickets check, motel reservations check, liver check, vocal chords check, play money check... im ready for texas!
 
I am excited to check aother big stadium off the list. I have travelled to Wyo vs Florida, at Ole Miss, At Knoxville when we beat Tennessee, at Nashville vs Tennessee, New Mexico Bowl, At Bowling Green and at Ohio. :)

Most fun so far.. Ole Miss, THAT was a party. The Swamp was amazing too. Made me really question going to Laramie instead of a campus that girls wear bikinis. :)
 
I was curious about Friday POKES hangout as well. My brother is wanting me to hit a bachelor party that night, but I would like to enjoy the game the next day. ;)
 
Y'all have fun, that'll be a great trip. My brother lives in Austin, such a cool city :)

And I hope Wyoming kills the shorthorns.

I am getting SO pumped for the trip. Had a few bail on me, oh well. I went to the NM Bowl alone and had an EPIC trip! Did the same at Florida and Ole Miss.. Always fun pre-gaming it for the Pokes. hope to see you there..
 
Good man, tttgowyo. Don't let the bailouts hold you back. The tailgate was awesome two years ago and I'm sure it will be good this year. The Horns are welcoming and respectful fans. A GREAT, and fun, place to watch a football game, for sure. Go POKES!!!! Walk softly, keep the talk to a minimum, and CARRY A BIG STICK!!!!
 
If anyone wants to hook up Friday night or Saturday for tailgating, PM me and I'll give my cell number. I'll be there with some locals, who I think will have some ins on some pretty good tailgating. :)
