I was told on Thursday that Dan Hammerschmidt was returning as an assistant. Anybody else heard anything?

Dan Hammerschmidt was let go by CSU's new head coach Jim McElwain but his brother Jeff was hired on by Jim McElwain as special teams coordinator... go figure!!!

I like the hire, and like Hammer. He was our assistant HC the year he was here, correct? I also thought that he & English were "buddies" so the swap is odd.
